CIC can investigate insurance fraud for the private sector as well as individuals. If you are being sued for negligence, CIC will conduct surveillance on the alleged "victim" and provide photos or video to submit to the proper authorities. Likewise, with Workman's Compensation claims, the plaintiff will be monitored for any activity that may discredit his/her claim. While CIC cannot guarantee the results of the investigation for various reasons (for example, the "victim" fails to leave the house), CIC will keep the client informed of all activities. The client then has the option to continue or cease the investigation. |
