Cook Investigations Company (CIC) is located in Chattanooga, Tennessee and provides many services involving but not limited to domestic situations; locating missing persons, civil investigations, personal injury, background checks, insurance investigations, surveillance  and legal process, to name a few.  

CIC is owned by Richard Cook, Sr., a licensed private investigator with over 20 years of experience in law enforcement and is certified in technical surveillance.
